Problem Note 49918: "Invalid file" and "authorization" errors occur when you use the %RMDMPKG and %RMDMUPKG macros

In SAS® IT Resource Management, using the %RMDMPKG (package) and %RMDMUPKG (unpackage) macros with IT data marts that are stored in traditional z/OS data sets might produce the following errors:
ERROR: Invalid file, SAS.ITDMART.SMF()(PKGIDX).
ERROR: Unable to create a filename reference to the index file in
SAS.ITDMART.SMF
ERROR: Ensure that authorization to this directory is sufficient.
Note that these errors do not occur when the SAS IT Resource Management IT data mart resides in a zFS file system.
