After you apply Hot Fix J56001 for SAS Forecast Analyst Workbench 5.1, you must manually add two new parameters (GL_INCLUDE_STAKEHOLDER_DIM_IND and GL_DDF_ARCHIVE_DIR_PATH) for the solution. To do this, invoke SAS® Data Integration Studio. From the Tools menu select the Code Editor. Paste or enter the following code into the editor and submit it by clicking on the green arrow.
