DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

When SAS Model Manager is configured in an SSL environment, the SAS Model Manager Workflow Console from the Swing GUI application fails. Actions such as Manage Workflow, My Workflow Inbox, and Create New Workflow Instance, all fail. The following error message is displayed in the web application server log:

org.apache.commons.httpclient.ProtocolException: The server <server name>.sas.com
failed to respond with a valid HTTP response at
org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpMethodBase.readStatusLine(HttpMethodBase.java:1987)

at org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpMethodBase.execute(HttpMethodBase.java:1098)
at org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpMethodDirector.executeWithRetry(HttpMethodDire
ctor.java:398)

Note that the failure message references HTTP and not HTTPS. The incorrect protocol was chosen for the URL.
