Problem Note 49846: You cannot enforce a maximum length for the name, description, or help text, using the KRI and KRI Template data loaders in SAS® Enterprise GRC

In SAS Enterprise GRC, when you use data loaders to load KRIs or KRI Templates, the name, description, and help text can be up to 4000 characters each. There is no way to limit the maximum number of characters to be fewer than 4000.

With the hot fix, you can use these new configuration properties in configdata.properties:
monitor.nameTxt.maxLength =
monitor.descTxt.maxLength =
monitor.helpTxt.maxLength =
For each property, you can specify a numeric value up to 4000 to be the maximum number of characters for each field.
