Problem Note 49798: A syntax error might occur in the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office when the first variable name in the data is "case"
When you open data in Microsoft Excel 2007 and 2010 using the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office versions 4.3 and 5.1, if the first variable name is "case," then the following syntax error occurs. This error occurs regardless of how "case" is capitalized and regardless of its variable type.
