Problem Note 49797: SAS® Marketing Automation campaigns that are complex and use a Common Data Model held in Netezza might fail with a serialization error

SAS Marketing Automation campaigns can be complex and include many communications, each of which might have many user-defined field values and many treatments. Executing such a complex campaign when the underlying Common Data Model is held in a Netezza database might fail. The following type of serialization errors might be seen in the macore log file when the process tries to update the ci_cell_package table:
ERROR: CLI execute error: ERROR: DMARP61U.ADMIN._TV_39183950_2 : Could not serialize - transaction aborted NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing this step because of errors. NOTE: The data set CICOMNZA.CI_CELL_PACKAGE has been updated. There were 0 observations rewritten, 0 observations added and 0 observations deleted. NOTE: There were 1 rejected updates, 0 rejected adds, and 0 rejected deletes.
