Problem Note 49795: The SAS® pooled workspace server recycle activation limit is broken after applying Hot Fix B25086

If you applied all of the 9.2M3 hot fixes to the SAS pooled workspace server and SAS object spawner, including Hot Fix B25086, and set a recycle activation limit for the SAS pooled workspace server, then this limit does not work properly. The recycle activation limit causes the SAS pooled workspace server to shut down one request before it should, based on the value that is set for the recycle activation limit. In these instances, the SAS pooled workspace server does not shut down after the last client exits but is shutting down before the last client can connect.
One workaround for this issue is to not use the recycle activation limit.
