The On-demand status for the master and regional promotion might be incorrect when the On-demand action is executed from the regional promotion in SAS® Promotion Optimization. Specifically, the On-demand status for the master and regional promotion might be "Processing" even though the On-demand action has completed successfully.
The workaround for this issue is to refresh the Promotion Details view for master and the regional promotion. Once you refresh the Promotion Details view for the promotions, the On-demand status is displayed correctly.
