Problem Note 49726: Pre-packs might not be chosen for stores with fractional need and a store min constraint in SAS® Pack Optimization

SAS Pack Optimization currently generates bulk packs for stores that meet the following conditions:

The stores have fractional need. An example is 1 unit across 7 sizes.
There is a sku-store min constraint. An example is 10 units per store.
There is a prepack (that meets the sku-store min constraint) and bulk to choose from.

Going forward, SAS Pack Optimization generates pre-packs for stores that meet the conditions above.
