The On-Demand dippr_extract macro might incorrectly return no rows for WORK.PROMOTION when extracting data for a newly imported promotion in SAS® Promotion Optimization. No rows are returned for WORK.PROMOTION for newly imported promotions because they do not contain a RPP_PLAN.STATE_SERVICE_TOKEN_SK record. The RPP_PLAN.STATE_SERVICE_TOKEN_SK record is created by the mid-tier the first time it encounters the promotion via a UI action.
