Problem Note 49655: UDF historic data is incorrectly updated when information is changed in between a scheduled campaign or communication
In SAS® Campaign Management, if communication UDF data is updated in between a scheduled communication (or campaign) occurrence, then historic UDF data is incorrectly updated. The changes should occur only from the next occurrence onward. This issue occurs when the SAS® Management Console Business Context option, Publish campaigns on subsequent saves, is selected and not selected. When selected, the update to the common data model tables is made when the changes are saved in the campaign. When the option is not selected, this update occurs when the campaign or communication is executed.
