Problem Note 49634: SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager returns "Treatment campaign cannot be opened" when you execute an imported campaign that uses a treatment set
An imported SAS Real-Time Decision Manager decision campaign might lose the connection between its treatment set and the related treatment campaigns. When this problem occurs, SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio and SAS® Decision Services return errors similar to the following :
The Treatment Campaign cannot be opened
The problem occurs under the following conditions:
- You import a package that contains a decision campaign, its treatment set, and its treatment campaigns.
- The objects are all in the same metadata folder on the source machine.
- The objects are in different folders on the target machine.
