Problem Note 49622: Publishing a decision campaign also publishes its treatment campaign sets even when the sets are already marked for deployment

Decision campaigns for SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager can be associated with one or more treatment campaign sets. When you publish changes to the campaign, all treatment campaign sets are also published. If those treatment campaign sets are already marked for deployment, then this extra publishing step is unnecessary. The unnecessary publishing sometimes causes significant delays.
