Problem Note 49602: A parsing error occurs when you perform a BULKUNLOAD procedure on Netezza data
The following error message occurs when you are using BULKUNLOAD to Netezza:
ERROR: Error parsing BULKUNLOAD data stream.
This problem occurs if the Netezza table contains a TIME column value that does not contain a seconds component.
For example, if the value in the database is 07:00:00, you would expect to get that same string in the BULKUNLOAD stream. However, in this case, you get only "07:00." As a result, the parser returned an error because SAS® reads this as a malformed TIME value.
To circumvent the issue, either eliminate the TIME column from your query selection or else do not use BULKUNLOAD.
