Problem Note 49518: The SAS® Customer Intelligence Treatment Utility fails

When the SAS Customer Intelligence Treatment Utility fails to import treatments, a generic error message similar to the following is displayed:

Unable to read custom detail table.

Instead, the code should be changed so that the error message indicates that a SQL exception has occurred.
