Problem Note 49490: The %DI_JOB_RO job_est task might generate a "BY variables are not properly sorted on data set HMGP_LIB._MGP_EXCLUDE" error

When running the %DI_JOB_RO job_est task (calibration), the following error might be generated immediately after the DI_HIER_MODEL_GEO_PROD unit subtask processes.
ERROR: BY variables are not properly sorted on data set HMGP_LIB._MGP_EXCLUDE.
These products are involved: SAS® Regular Price Optimization; SAS® Promotion Optimization; and SAS® Retail Forecasting.
This issue occurs only when selected model groups are calibrated. The issue does not occur when all model groups are calibrated.
To work around this issue, the MODEL_GEO_PROD table must be sorted and re-indexed immediately following the job_est %DI_JOB_RO calibration task (job_est). Contact SAS Technical Support for sample code.
