Problem Note 49418: The SAS® Forecast Server macro %FSRUNPRJ does not work for the METHOD=FORECAST and the IMPORTDATA=YES options

The %FSRUNPRJ macro does not indicate that the data is updated when you use the METHOD=FORECAST option. In this case, the Update Project Data dialog box is displayed in the SAS Forecast Studio client. This dialog box should not appear after you run the %FSRUNPRJ macro.
For the other METHODS= values (DIAGNOSE, SELECT, and FIT), the data is updated correctly and the Update Project Data dialog box does not appear. As a workaround to the problem, use one of these other values for the METHOD= option.
