Problem Note 49389: Tick mark values might overlap on graphs produced by the ODS Graphics Designer or Graph Template Language
Tick mark values might overlap on graphs produced by the ODS Graphics Designer or the Graph Template Language (GTL). This problem is most likely to occur if the axis type is discrete and there is a large number of discrete values.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
See the README file for post-installation instructions. After the hot fix has been applied, the TICKVALUEROTATION=VERTICAL option can be specified within the DISCRETEOPTS= option to rotate the axis values 90 degrees. For example:
layout overlay / xaxisopts=(discreteopts=(tickvaluerotation=vertical));
See SAS Note 49387 for a related hot fix.
