In SAS® Pack Optimization, slow performance might be encountered when exporting purchase order plans using the PKOPurchaseOrderService.
There are no errors or warnings.
The workarounds for this issue include the following:
- Increase the minimum heap size to the same as the maximum heap size for the mid-tier.
- Increase the maximum heap size, but do not set this higher than the amount of physical memory allocated to the mid-tier. Then set the minimum heap size to equal the new maximum heap size setting.
