Problem Note 49307: The %FSLOAD macro fails when you try to load SAS® library definitions with the SAS® Forecasting for Desktop application

The SAS Forecasting for Desktop application enables you to load SAS library definitions with the %FSLOAD macro by the following %INCLUDE statement:
%include "&HPF_INCLUDE";
However, when you attempt to load the library definitions in this manner, the %FSLOAD macro fails if you have not licensed SAS® High-Performance Forecasting.
