Problem Note 49299: Performance metrics are all displayed as 0 after promotion evaluation in SAS® Promotion Optimization
The performance metrics might incorrectly be displayed as 0 in SAS® Promotion Optimization. When the performance metrics that are returned by promotion evaluation are all 0, this usually indicates that there are no forecasts for the products in the promotion. However, in some cases the products do have nonzero forecasts and the performance metrics are still displayed as 0 because of an incorrectly initialized variable.
The workaround for this issue is to enable debugging in the grid server before evaluating the promotion.
