Problem Note 49258: Reordering rules in SAS® Business Rules Manager might generate an incorrect XML section if your rule set contains an OR operator
SAS Business Rules Manager enables you to reorder the rules for a rule set. However, if your rule set includes an OR operator, then the <ruleAction> section in the XML might not be created correctly.
