Problem Note 49111: Promotion List view filters might not include promotions that contain products that exist outside the candidate scope
Promotion List view filters might not include promotions that contain products that exist outside the candidate scope. Products exist outside the candidate scope when you change the candidate scope so that it no longer encompasses all products and then do not re-optimize the promotion.
There is no workaround for this issue.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
