Problem Note 49105: When you view a Case Network Analysis graph in SAS® Enterprise Case Management, the graph might be incorrectly displayed as empty
When you view the Case Network Analysis graph for a Subject in SAS Enterprise Case Management, an empty graph might incorrectly be displayed. The stored process server log contains the following error message:
ERROR: Duplicate values not allowed on index CASE_RK for file RESULT_CASE_LBL.
An empty graph is incorrectly displayed when more than one user group is configured to have access to one of the cases in the graph.
