Problem Note 49013: Promoted price might be populated in the Promoted Item Details section of the Promotion Details view

The promoted price might be populated in the Promoted Item Details section of the Promotion Details view in SAS® Promotion Optimization. This issue occurs in promotions that contain regional plans. The effective price for a master promotion is calculated using all of the effective prices for the associated regionals. However, the effective prices for the associated regionals are not loaded until the Regional and Alternate Promotions tab is selected.
There are no errors or warnings.
The workaround for this issue is to select the Regional and Alternate Promotions tab and then switch back to the Promotion Details tab. Selecting the Regional and Alternate Promotions tab ensures the promoted price for the master promotion is calculated and displayed.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
