Installation Note 49948: The SAS® Enterprise GRC web application might not start, and the application server log might contain "ZeroResultsException" messages

When you try to start the application server that is hosting the SAS Enterprise GRC web application, the web application might not start. In the application server log, you might see messages similar to the following:

This error happens when the SAS Enterprise GRC web application is deployed on SASServer1. By default, the SAS Enterprise GRC web application is deployed on SASServer2, and supporting applications are deployed on SASServer1.
To work around this problem, deploy SAS Enterprise GRC on SASServer2.
