KPIs incorrectly might not be the same in promotions and category plans that have the same scope in SAS® Promotion Optimization. The KPIs in the category plans are incorrect when promotions consist of only non-price vehicles. When promotions only consist of non-price vehicles, the promotion support effects are incorrectly not calculated.
There is no workaround for this issue.
