Problem Note 49742: HTML code that is imported into a SAS® Digital Marketing broadcast might become corrupted
In SAS Digital Marketing Studio, you can import existing HTML for use in the broadcast. JTidy is used to clean up the HTML as the code is imported. If the original lines of HTML code extend beyond 64 characters, which is the default wrapping length used by JTidy, some corruption might occur during the import.
This corruption might cause tags to be split across two lines. As a result, the e-mail recipient might see line break type HTML codes within the e-mail content.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
The hot fix for this issue increases the default wrapping length that is used during the import to SAS Digital Marketing to 1000 characters.
