Problem Note 49472: The message "An unexpected error has occurred" appears while you are opening SAS® Enterprise Guide® 5.1

To correct the problem, reinstall the latest hot fix using the following command line:
C:\Program Files\SASHome\SASDeploymentManager\9.3\sasdm.exe -reinstallhotfix -alwaysoverwrite
Note: This issue has occurred when a hot fix was applied in a different time zone than the previously applied hot fix.
