Problem Note 49417: A Java exception occurs and the SAS® Forecast Server 12.1 DataSpecification folder is deleted when you use the %FSCREATE macro to create a project
If you use the %FSCREATE macro to create a project, then the DataSpecification folder in the SAS® Forecast Server environment might be deleted incorrectly. The problem occurs when project creation using the macro fails and you receive a Java exception. For example, the macro might fail if there are an insufficient number of observations to detect the time ID interval. This behavior might corrupt all projects in that environment.
To work around the problem, make a copy of the
DataSpecifications folder before you invoke the %FSCREATE macro. If the problem occurs, then restore the folder by using the copy.
