Installation Note 49112: The UpdateInstructions.html file does not contain information for the Search Interface to SAS® Content
When you perform an upgrade in place from Revision 12w13 to Revision 12w23, the UpdateInstructions.html file is created. The file does not contain any information about the Search Interface to SAS® Content. However, this behavior is expected and does not indicate a problem with the upgrade.
