Problem Note 49100: When you preview a report in SAS® Enterprise Case Management, the error message "Unable to create report preview" is displayed
When you preview a report in SAS Enterprise Case Management, the following error message might be displayed:
Unable to create report preview
The error message is displayed if the contents of the report contain unbalanced parentheses. For example, if the report contains an opening parenthesis without a corresponding closing parenthesis, the error message is displayed. The error message is also displayed if the contents of the report contain the backslash (\) character.
If the error message is displayed, check the text used to generate the report. Make sure that all parenthesis characters are balanced, and remove any backslash (\) characters.
