Problem Note 49063: An "IllegalStateException" error message is displayed when you sort users or synchronize users with metadata in SAS® Enterprise GRC

In SAS Enterprise GRC, an error might be displayed when you are working on the Users page. The error occurs if you sort the users (by clicking the User Name heading), or if you click Synchronize with SAS Metadata.
Here is an example of the error:

This error happens after you flush caches and your web application language preference setting is not the same as your browser language preference setting.
