Problem Note 48913: Load_STG2DM_Rpp_plan job might fail with "ERROR: Duplicate values not allowed on index IN_PLAN_ID for file RPP_PLAN_SUM."

The SAS® Promotion Optimization Load_STG2DM_Rpp_plan job might fail when attempting to import vendor deals. The following error might be generated in Load_STG2DM_Rpp_plan.log:
"ERROR: Duplicate values not allowed on index IN_PLAN_ID for file RPP_PLAN_SUM"
In addition, the following invalid exception might be incorrectly sent to the STG_RPP_PLAN_X exception table:
The original vendor deal (plan_type=0) does not exist for this alternate.
Because of this invalid validation, vendor deals records are incorrectly rejected.
The workaround for this issue is to delete the invalid exception from the STG_RPP_PLAN_X exception table and run the job a second time with the same stage data.
