When you specify etlp_export_at_lowest_prod_geo=Y to export at the lowest level in the Vehicle Export or Price Change Export in SAS Promotion Optimization, the resulting export file might incorrectly be empty.
There are no errors or warnings.
There is no workaround for this issue.
