Problem Note 48904: Purchase order plans might not be imported correctly in SAS® Pack Optimization

Purchase order plans might be created erroneously via an XML import file.. The problem occurs when the following conditions are met:
- There are multiple location groups in the plan.
- The location groups are defined at different location levels. For example, one location group is defined at store level and the rest of the location groups are defined at two levels above the store level.
No warning or error messages are generated with this behavior.
You can either work around the problem or download a hot fix.
To work around the issue, define all the location groups at the store level.
