SAS® Promotion Optimization online optimization might generate the following error in the MerchIngelGridSvr.log file:

The workaround for this issue is to run the MerchIntelGridSvr in debug mode. Instructions for enabling debug mode for the MerchIntelGridSvr are in Chapter 22 of the SAS® Revenue Optimization Administrator's Guide.
