Problem Note 48872: SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager campaigns and SAS® Digital Marketing campaigns might not consistently update the contact history

SAS Real-Time Decision Manager and SAS Digital Marketing use SAS® Stored Processes to update the contact history. However, those stored processes sometimes fail. In the SAS® Marketing Automation core log, you might see error messages similar to the following when the problem occurs:

In the reporting log, you might also see messages similar to the following when this problem occurs:

These messages are followed by the XML data that is sent to the stored process. However, there are no messages in the logs showing that the stored process finishes.

There is no workaround for this problem.
