Problem Note 48855: Creating a SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server® cluster fails with "ERROR: Member table not compatible with other cluster members."
If a PROC SPDO step includes a CLUSTER CREATE or a CLUSTER ADD statement to create a cluster table in SAS Scalable Performance Data Server, the following error may be reported in the server log:
ERROR: Member table not compatible with other cluster members. Compare CONTENTS tablename TABLE: LOCALE
In versions 4.5.2 and 4.5.3 of SPD Server, the LOCALE table property must be the same for all tables being added to cluster.
This compatibility requirement for clustering can be removed from versions 4.5.2 and 4.5.3 of SPD Server by applying the fixes in the Hot Fix tab of this note.
