When you use PROC METALIB to register or update table metadata for a library that is assigned by using the SASIOLA engine, the procedure fails with an error similar to the following:
ERROR: An insufficient set of LIBNAME options was submitted in order to make a connection to a LASR Analytic Server. You must specify a LASR Analytic Server file (unless one is given through the LASRLAST macro variable), or you must specify values for the HOST= (or SERVER=) and PORT= options. Values for the HOST= (SERVER=) can also be supplied through the GRIDHOST environment variable. ERROR: Libname _PMTA01_ is not assigned.
Note: The actual text in the error message might vary from one situation to another, depending on how the server host name is specified.
There is no solution or workaround for this problem.
