Problem Note 48743: SAS® Strategy Management users unexpectedly can access the SAS® Strategy Management Builder from the portal link

In SAS® Management Console, a user cannot access SAS Management Builder if Access to Strategy Management Builder is not selected. This is by design. However, the user can access the SAS Strategy Management Builder from the portal link. This user should not be allowed to access SAS Strategy Management Builder from the portal link.
