Problem Note 48730: Markdown spend is zero in the first week of a markdown plan when markdowns are present
Markdown spend might be incorrectly calculated as zero in the first week of a markdown plan in SAS® High-Performance Markdown Optimization and SAS® Markdown Optimization because any markdowns that occur in that week are incorrectly excluded from the calculation. The issue occurs in the following locations in the Markdown client application:
- On the Plan Weekly Details view, the value for the Spend ($) is incorrectly displayed as zero for the first week of the plan when it is in the past and
markdowns were taken that week.
- On the Approvals list view or Plan list view, the Actual Spend value showing the actual-to-date spend amount incorrectly excludes the spend amount of
markdowns actually taken in the first week of the plan.
This issue does NOT affect estimation, optimization, or any other part of the Markdown Optimization system.
There is no workaround for this issue.
