Usage Note 48715: Custom font settings might not display correctly in the Dashboard Designer in SAS® BI Dashboard

Custom fonts might not appear correctly in the Dashboard Designer. This occurs even though the custom fonts do display correctly when you test the dashboard. This problem is most likely to occur when you have multiple Dynamic Text indicators on the dashboard. You can sometimes prevent this problem by placing the Dynamic Text indicators on the dashboard before you place any other indicators.
