Problem Note 48710: In SAS® Anti-Money Laundering, alert dates in alert e-mail HTML attachments are resolving to January 1, 1970

Transaction dates in alert e-mails are displayed as Jan 1, 1970. In addition, risk classifier dates in assessment e-mails and alert dates in case e-mails exhibit the same behavior.
The problem occurs with the Velocity templates for the e-mails. An attempt is made to convert a field to a date as if the field is a string of the format yyyymmdd. It is actually an integer whose value is the same as the string format.
However, the mechanism to convert the field treats integers as a number of milliseconds since Jan 1, 1970. An integer value of 20100721 is treated as Jan 1 1970, 05:35:00.702 GMT. The displayed date is Jan 1, 1970.
To resolve the issue, the integer value is converted to a string before the attempt is made to convert it.
