Problem Note 48708: In SAS® Campaign Web Studio, you cannot view the custom detail on the Campaign Brief when it is held as a physical file

In SAS® Marketing Automation, a campaign can be set up to have a Campaign Brief that references some custom detail. The custom detail might be held as a physical file.
In SAS Campaign Web Studio, when you are trying to view the custom detail that is held as a physical file, the location that is displayed is incorrect, as shown in the following example:
//file:////Computer-Name/SharedFolder/Resource
The following error message is displayed:
cannot display web-page message
To work around the issue, remove file:// from the link that is generated. The file path must be in the following format:
\\Computer-Name\SharedFolder\Resource
