Usage Note 48696: An error occurs and the WAIT, CWAIT, or CONNECTWAIT options might not be set properly when you use RSUBMIT statements in SAS® Enterprise Miner™

In SAS Enterprise Miner 5.3 or 6.2, the WAIT, CWAIT and CONNECTWAIT options are not set properly in RSUBMIT statements. The following error might occur when the options are set incorrectly:
ERROR: Could not create a new MPCONNECT session.
It is also possible for this problem to result in stray-child SAS processes.
To work around the problem, set the CONNECTWAIT option in the start–up option of each project
