Problem Note 48637: An SMS message that contains Arabic type text cannot be sent from SAS® Digital Marketing

In SAS Digital Marketing, when you execute an SMS broadcast that has Arabic type text in the message, the broadcast fails to be sent successfully . The wrapper.log file might show the following error message:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Malformed \uxxxx encoding.
