Problem Note 48609: "Affinity (group) box is fragmented” message might be incorrectly generated when creating scenarios with pallets

When creating scenarios with pallets in SAS®Retail Space Management, the scenarios might result in a status of "Completed" even though there is no visible fragmentation in the composite planogram. The following message might be incorrectly generated:
Affinity (group) box is fragmented
The message might be incorrectly generated when the direction is mirror image and the last pallet shelf is the right end.
Please contact Technical Support for a fix for this issue.
