Problem Note 48608: "SQLCODE=-811, SQLSTATE=21000, SQLERRMC=null..." might be generated when attempting to approve a planogram that has products that overhang a shelf

When attempting to approve a planogram that has products that overhang a shelf in SAS® Retail Space Management, one of the following errors might be generated:
SQLCODE=-811, SQLSTATE=21000, SQLERRMC=null, DRIVER=3.62.56
Product too deep - SQL error
The errors might be generated when the product length dimensions defined on a planogram are longer than the shelf's length, causing it to hang over the edge of the shelf.
