Problem Note 48556: URL links are converted to lower case in the z/OS operating environment

In the ODS PRINTER destinations (PCL, PDF, and PS), URL links in upper case or mixed case are converted to all lower case under z/OS.
For example, support.sas.com/UPPER is converted to support.sas.com/upper. This can result in incorrect URL links.
